Through the TurnStyle - Akron/Family

Through the TurnStyle session we shot with Akron/Family. They performed inside The Beachland Ballroom as a huge snow storm raged outside. We actually got double booked for this night, which is never a bad thing. Half the group went to shoot the session with mr. Gnome and the other half went to Akron/Family. I'm really proud of the work we did on this video. I feel like it might be one of the best edits I've ever done. Then again it might just be Miles just giving gold for the whole interview.

I'm really proud of it. I think it might be one of the best things we've put out thus far. The whole crew pushed through a day of single digit weather to get some amazing footage. It's things like this that give me the confidence to think we could pull off a full length in the near future.

Vimeo Film Festival Submissions

I have submitted two videos from my own vimeo account to the Vimeo Film Festival. After the premier show for the All Dinosaurs "Castle of Uncle Robert" video I will be submitting at least three videos on the TurnStyle Films account. The deadline is the 20th, so we'll be pushing it close. Fingers crossed on getting accepted. James Franco, Aziz Ansari, Johnny Greenwood and Steve James are all judges this year.
